Delete your DawlessArcade account
You can permanently delete your DawlessArcade account at any time. Both routes below trigger the same email-link confirmation flow.
If you can sign in
- Sign in to the mobile app or website.
- Open Settings → Security & Account → Delete account (web) or Profile → Delete account (mobile).
- Re-enter your password to confirm.
- We email a one-time confirmation link to your address. Click it within 15 minutes to finalise the deletion.
If you can't sign in
If you've lost access to your account but still want it deleted, email us and we'll process the request manually:
Include the email address you registered with so we can locate the account. We'll reply to that address with a confirmation link.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, bio, location, contact details, social handles).
- Your email and phone number.
- Your saved payment methods, bank details, and KYC documents.
- Your active subscription (cancelled — no further billing).
- Your push-notification tokens and notification preferences.
- Your refresh tokens — you're signed out across every device.
What we keep
A small set of records is retained for our 7-year tax and compliance window:
- Contract participation history (contracts themselves are owned by DawlessArcade Global Entertainment LLC).
- Earnings-distribution records and external payout history.
- Audit logs of authentication and disciplinary events.
These records refer to you only via an opaque internal ID. Personal details that identified you are gone after deletion.
How long it takes
The in-app flow is instant once you click the email confirmation link. Manual requests via email are processed within 7 business days.
